PashaPredict: Digital Access and Right of Withdrawal
Version: 2026-10-30 · Effective date: 30 October 2026 · Language: English (binding together with the Romanian version)
Changes since version 2026-10-28: the rules now separate orders that carry your recorded immediate-access request from orders that do not; without that record you get a full refund if you withdraw in time; the EU model withdrawal form is included.
1. Your right of withdrawal
- The 14-day right. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. The legal basis is Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended by Directive (EU) 2019/2161, and, in Romania, Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014.
- Start of the period. For a PashaPredict subscription, the 14 days start on the day the contract is concluded, which is the day of your first payment.
- Renewals. A renewal of the same subscription is not a new contract and does not restart the withdrawal period. A new subscription bought after an earlier one has ended is a new contract with its own withdrawal period.
2. Immediate access and your request
- When access starts. PashaPredict is a digital service. Access starts immediately after your payment has been verified.
- Buying alone waives nothing. Paying for a subscription does not, by itself, take away your right of withdrawal. Only the request and acknowledgement described below can affect it, and only as far as the law allows.
- The checkbox. Before you go to checkout, the PashaPredict pricing page shows an unticked checkbox:
"I request immediate access to PashaPredict and acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable consumer law, my statutory withdrawal right may be lost once digital access begins."
(The page shows the checkbox in the language you chose; the English and Romanian wording of this text are the reference versions.)
You must tick it yourself to continue from that page. We never tick it for you.
- What we record. When you tick it, we record the policy version, the date and time, the plan, your country / market, the currency and the fact that you gave the request and acknowledgement. This record is linked to your Shopify order through a signed reference. We record no other personal data for it.
- Confirmation. For an order that carries this record, your activation e-mail confirms the request and acknowledgement and names the policy version.
3. What applies to you
| Situation | Your right |
|---|---|
| Your order carries the recorded request and acknowledgement, and your access has started | You asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period. Where applicable consumer law allows the right of withdrawal to end once access has begun, or once the paid access period has been fully provided, it ends at that point, and the payment for that access period is not refunded. Where applicable law still lets you withdraw from a service that has started but has not yet been fully provided, you may withdraw within the 14 days; you then pay a proportionate amount for the access provided until you told us you were withdrawing, and we refund the rest. |
| Your order carries no recorded request (for example, you bought without starting from the PashaPredict pricing page, or the record could not be linked to your order) | You may withdraw within 14 days of your first payment. Because we hold no record that you asked for immediate access, we refund the full amount of that payment and end the subscription. |
| You are not an EU/EEA consumer, or you buy as a business | The statutory withdrawal right may not apply. The Refund Policy (Part B) and any mandatory rights in your country still apply. |
In every case:
- you can cancel future renewals at any time (Cancellation Policy);
- the charges listed in the Refund Policy, B4 (duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, and service not provided) are always refunded;
- we never claim that you have given up a right if we do not hold a valid record of your request and acknowledgement.
4. How to withdraw
- The statement. Send a clear statement to support@pashapredict.com, from the e-mail address used for the purchase if possible. For example:
"I withdraw from my PashaPredict subscription contract concluded on [date], order [number]."
- Model form (optional). You may use this form, but you do not have to:
To: PashaPredict, Timișoara 300001, Romania, support@pashapredict.com. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: PashaPredict subscription [plan], ordered on [date], order [number]. Name: [name]. E-mail used for the purchase: [e-mail]. Date: [date].
- Deadline. It is enough to send your statement before the 14-day period ends.
- What we do. We confirm receipt, end the subscription and pay any refund due within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method and the currency of the original charge, unless you expressly agree to something else. You pay no fees for the refund.
5. Other rights
Your rights for non-conforming digital services, and for duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised charges, are not affected by this page (Refund Policy, B4).
