PashaPredict: Subscription Terms

Changes since version 2026-10-28: section 8 now matches the updated withdrawal rules; new section 10 lists the service e-mails we send about your subscription.

1. Plans and intervals

• What every plan includes. The same full PashaPredict service; only the billing period differs.
• Unlimited renewals. There is no minimum number of payments, and the subscription renews until you cancel.

2. Price and currency

• Where the price is shown. The PashaPredict pricing page, the product page and the checkout.
• Currency. Your market's currency, for example RON in Romania, EUR in euro countries, GBP in the United Kingdom and USD in the United States. This currency is set by our Shopify store, and the amount shown before checkout is the amount charged at checkout.
• Renewals. They are charged in the same currency and at the same price as your first payment, unless the price changes with prior notice (Terms, section 9).
• Fees and taxes. Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout. Your bank may charge its own fees, for example for currency conversion; those are outside our control.

3. Start of access

• When access starts. Immediately after your payment has been verified. We create your account, or extend your existing account, and e-mail your sign-in credentials to the address used at checkout.
• Returning customers. If you already have an active PashaPredict account with that e-mail, the new period is added to it and your credentials stay the same.

4. Automatic renewal

• How renewal works. At the end of each period, Seal Subscriptions charges the payment method you used, through Shopify.
• When a renewal succeeds. Your access is extended by one period from the end of the current paid period.
• Seeing your dates. Your account page shows the plan, the paid-through date and the next renewal date.

5. Cancelling

• How to cancel. You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee:
• in PashaPredict: Account → Manage subscription;
• in the subscription portal linked from your order e-mails;
• by e-mail to support@pashapredict.com, from the address used for the purchase.
• After cancellation. No further renewal payments are taken. Your access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Your account page then shows "Cancelled — access until [date]" and no longer shows a renewal date.
• Timing. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account.

6. Failed payments and retries

• What happens. If a renewal payment fails, your access is not extended, and your account shows a payment warning.
• Retries. Shopify / Seal may retry the payment over the following days, and you can update your payment method in the subscription portal.
• When a retry succeeds. Your access is extended once for that period, never twice.
• When no payment succeeds. Access ends at the end of the period already paid for, and the subscription may be cancelled automatically.

7. Pause and expiry

• Pause. If the subscription portal offers a pause and you use it, no payments are taken while paused. Access already paid for stays available until its end date and is not extended during the pause.
• Expiry. An ended or expired subscription gives no access after the paid-through date. You can buy a new subscription at any time.

8. Refunds and withdrawal

• General rule. Where applicable law permits, a payment for an access period that has already begun is not refunded.
• Withdrawal. EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the first payment. Buying does not, by itself, waive it; only the request and acknowledgement recorded from the unticked checkbox on the PashaPredict pricing page can affect it, as far as the law allows. Without that record, a withdrawal within 14 days gives a full refund of that payment. See Digital Access & Withdrawal.
• Always refunded. Charges made in error (duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised charges, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation) are always refunded. See the Refund Policy, Part B.

9. Changes to your subscription

We give at least 30 days' notice by e-mail before a price change applies to your next renewal; you can cancel before then. Plan or feature changes follow the Terms and Conditions, section 9.

10. E-mails about your subscription

We send service (transactional) e-mails about your subscription, such as activation and credentials, payment and billing notices, renewal and payment-failure notices, cancellation confirmations and security notices. You receive them whether or not you agreed to marketing. Marketing e-mails are optional and sent only with your separate consent (Privacy Policy, section 4).
