PashaPredict: Cookie Policy

1. Summary
PashaPredict uses only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage, which make the service work: signing in, security, and remembering your settings. We use no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and no third-party trackers on PashaPredict pages. Because only strictly necessary storage is used, no consent banner is required for PashaPredict pages (ePrivacy Directive art. 5(3); Romanian Law 506/2004).
2. Cookies set by PashaPredict

3. Browser storage (local storage and the app cache)
To work quickly and offline, PashaPredict stores a few non-tracking items in your browser:
- Settings: language and theme (
pasha-language,pasha-theme); - Interface state: small items such as the last section opened, which match cards you expanded, onboarding and "seen" markers, and a cached list of competitions;
- App cache: the files of the app itself (the service worker cache), so it starts fast and shows an offline page when there is no connection.
You can clear all of this at any time in your browser settings. The app keeps working, but forgets your display preferences.
4. Shopify checkout and the store
When you choose a plan on the pricing page you go to our Shopify store and checkout, where Shopify sets its own cookies: cart, checkout, security and fraud prevention, and possibly analytics or marketing cookies depending on your choices in the store's cookie banner. These are described in Shopify's cookie policy (https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies) and governed by the store's consent settings.
