PashaPredict: Acceptable Use and Account Rules

1. Your account is personal

One person per subscription. One subscription is for one person.
Credentials. Do not share, sell, lend or publish your e-mail + Client ID + Access Code.
One active session. A customer account can be signed in on one device or browser at a time. Signing in somewhere else ends the previous session.
Suspected misuse. If we see signs of shared or resold credentials, we may reset your Access Code, end sessions or suspend the account (Terms, section 14).

Use PashaPredict as a normal person would, through the app in a browser or the installed web app.

Automated access: scraping, crawling, harvesting, bots, scripts, headless browsers or any tool that sends automated requests.
Copying forecasts, analyses or data in bulk, or building a database, dataset or competing product from PashaPredict content.
Using PashaPredict's internal interfaces (APIs) directly, or getting around rate limits, the single-session rule, authentication or other technical protections.
Reverse engineering, decompiling or trying to extract our source code, models, algorithms or data, except where the law expressly allows it.
Republishing, reselling or commercially distributing content, for example through paid groups, channels or subscription services built on PashaPredict content.
Probing, scanning or testing the security of the service without our written permission. Responsible security reports are welcome at support@pashapredict.com.
Uploading or sending malicious code, overloading the service, or interfering with other users.
Any unlawful use, or impersonating others.
