PashaPredict: Terms and Conditions

Changes since version 2026-10-29: the online shop that sells PashaPredict subscriptions is now the PashaPredict Shop at shop.pashapredict.com (previously the Goldiano store); contact e-mails are unified at support@pashapredict.com. No change to prices, billing, cancellation or your rights.

1. Who we are

PashaPredict is a digital football-analysis service operated by:

• Seller / service provider: PashaPredict

• Online store: PashaPredict Shop (shop.pashapredict.com), operated by the same seller

In these terms, "we", "us" and "PashaPredict" mean the seller named above. "You" means the person who buys or uses the service.

The same seller also sells physical goods in the PashaPredict Shop. Those purchases follow Part A of the store's policies. These terms apply only to PashaPredict subscriptions and the PashaPredict service.

2. What PashaPredict is

PashaPredict is a web application (also installable on your home screen as an app) that provides:

• football match statistics and analysis;
• "Match Intelligence" summaries: form, team strength, line-ups and context;
• probabilistic forecasts (home win / draw / away win probabilities) for the competitions in which our model has been validated;
• a public record of past forecasts;
• personal features such as saved matches, followed teams and notifications.

PashaPredict is an information and analysis service. It is not financial advice, investment advice or betting advice, and it does not accept or place any wagers (see section 16 and the Disclaimer).

3. Who may use PashaPredict

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. By buying a subscription you confirm that you meet these conditions. The service is for your personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Your account and credentials

1. Account creation. Your account is created automatically after your first successful payment. It is linked to the e-mail address you used at checkout.
2. Credentials. You sign in with three things:
3. your e-mail address;
4. your Client ID;
5. your Access Code.

We send them by e-mail from access@pashapredict.com shortly after payment. We store only a cryptographic hash of your Access Code, never the code itself, so we cannot read it back to you. If you lose it, we can issue a new one, which replaces the old one.

1. One active session. A customer account can be signed in on one device or browser at a time. Signing in on a new device ends the previous session.
2. No sharing or resale. Your credentials are personal. You must not share, lend, sell, publish or otherwise make them available to anyone else, and you must not let several people use one subscription.
3. Security. Keep your credentials confidential. Tell us at support@pashapredict.com immediately if you think someone else has used them. We may reset your Access Code and end active sessions to protect your account.
4. Accurate e-mail. Use an e-mail address you control. Credentials and service (transactional) messages are sent there. Marketing e-mails are sent only if you separately agree to them (Privacy Policy, section 4).

5. Subscription plans

• Prices. The price of each plan is shown before you buy: on the PashaPredict pricing page, the product page and the checkout. It is shown in the currency of your market (for example RON, EUR, GBP or USD) as set by our Shopify store.
• Price on each charge. The price shown at checkout, in the checkout currency, is the price charged on each renewal, unless we change it under section 9.
• Taxes. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• Full details. The Subscription Terms describe renewals, cancellations, failed payments and pauses in detail. They form part of these terms.

6. Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the same price and in the same currency, until you cancel. Each successful payment extends your access by one billing period. We show the recurring nature of the plan, its interval and price before you pay, and again at checkout.

7. Cancellation, failed payments, retries and expiry

• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time:
• from "Manage subscription" in your PashaPredict account;
• from the subscription portal link in your order e-mails;
• by writing to support@pashapredict.com.

After cancellation no further payments are taken. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then ends.

• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, your access is not extended. Our payment partners may retry the payment. If a retry succeeds, your access is extended once for that period. If no payment succeeds, your access ends at the end of the period already paid for.
• Pause. If the subscription portal offers a pause and you use it, no payments are taken while it is paused. Access already paid for is kept until its end date.
• Expiry. A subscription that is ended, expired or not renewed gives no further access after the paid period.

8. Payment processing and subscription management

• Checkout and payment. These run on Shopify, through our PashaPredict Shop and Shopify Payments or the payment methods offered at checkout. Your card details are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
• Recurring billing. Renewals and the subscription portal are run by Seal Subscriptions, a Shopify subscription application.
• Third-party terms. Their terms and privacy notices also apply to the processing they perform.
• Disputed charges. If you dispute a charge with your bank, please contact us first. We can usually resolve it faster (see the Refund Policy).

9. Changes to prices, plans and features

• Prices. We may change subscription prices. We tell you by e-mail at least 30 days before a new price applies to your next renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel before that renewal. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
• Features. We continuously develop PashaPredict, so we may add, change or remove features, competitions or data sources. If a change significantly reduces the main features you pay for, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible. You may cancel, and where required by law we will refund the unused part of a prepaid period.

10. Digital access and the right of withdrawal

• Immediate access. Access starts immediately after your payment has been verified.
• Withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Buying a subscription does not, by itself, waive it. It can be affected only if your order carries the request for immediate access and the acknowledgement you gave by ticking the unticked checkbox on the PashaPredict pricing page, and only as far as the law allows. Without that record, you may withdraw within 14 days and receive a full refund of that payment.
• Details. Digital Access & Withdrawal and the Refund Policy, Part B, explain the rules. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer right.

11. Availability, maintenance and supported devices

• Availability. We aim to keep PashaPredict available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, incidents at our hosting or data providers, or events outside our control.
• Maintenance. We plan maintenance to limit disruption.
• Data delays. Match data comes from third-party sports-data providers and may be delayed, incomplete or corrected after publication.
• Supported devices. PashaPredict works in current versions of common browsers on iPhone, Android and desktop computers, and can be installed as a web app. Very old browsers or devices may not be supported.

12. Fair use and prohibited conduct

You must not:

• scrape, crawl or extract data from PashaPredict by automated means, or build databases from it;
• use bots, scripts or tools that send automated requests, except the normal use of the app;
• access or use any PashaPredict interface (API) other than through the app, or try to get around rate limits, authentication or the single-session rule;
• reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract source code, models or algorithms, except where the law expressly allows it;
• copy, resell, republish, redistribute or commercially exploit forecasts, analyses or other content;
• share or sell your credentials, or let others use your account;
• interfere with the security or operation of the service, or test its vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

The Acceptable Use rules give more detail and form part of these terms.

13. Intellectual property and your right to use the service

• Ownership. PashaPredict, including its software, design, models, forecasts, analyses, texts and trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors. Football data is licensed from third-party providers.
• Your right of use. While your subscription is active, you may use the service personally, for your own non-commercial purposes, under these terms. This right is non-exclusive and non-transferable, and it ends when your access ends or under section 14. No other rights are granted.
• No licence keys. PashaPredict subscriptions do not use licence keys or activation codes to be "confirmed". Access is given through your account (e-mail, Client ID and Access Code) for as long as your paid access period lasts.

14. Suspension and termination

• Suspension. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, especially sections 4.4 and 12, or if this is needed to protect the security of the service or other users.
• Notice. Where reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
• No refund for abuse. If access is ended because of your breach, the amount for the remaining period is not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Ending your account. You may ask us to close your account at any time. Cancel your subscription first.

15. Forecasts are probabilities, not guarantees

• What forecasts are. PashaPredict forecasts are statistical probabilities. They are not promises, certainties or guarantees of any result.
• Uncertainty. Football outcomes are uncertain and can be affected by events no model can foresee.
• Track record. Past forecast performance does not guarantee future performance.

16. Not financial or betting advice

• No advice. PashaPredict does not give financial, investment or betting advice. It does not recommend placing any wager.
• No gambling services. It is not a gambling operator and does not accept or arrange wagers.
• Your decisions. Any decision you make using our information is your own responsibility.
• If gambling is a problem. If you choose to gamble elsewhere, do so lawfully and responsibly. If gambling causes you problems, seek help from a local support service.

17. Liability

1. What we always remain liable for. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including:
2. death or personal injury caused by negligence;
3. fraud;
4. gross negligence or intentional misconduct;
5. your mandatory rights as a consumer (for example, regarding non-conforming digital services).
6. What we are not liable for. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
7. losses arising from decisions you make based on forecasts or analyses;
8. indirect or consequential losses;
9. loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data;
10. interruptions caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
11. Upper limit. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims about the service in any 12-month period is limited to the total amount you paid us for PashaPredict in that period.

18. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Examples:

• outages of hosting, payment or data providers;
• internet or power failures;
• cyber-attacks;
• natural disasters;
• acts of authorities;
• labour disputes.

We will do what we reasonably can to limit the effects.

19. Complaints and disputes

• Contact us first. Write to support@pashapredict.com. We aim to reply within 5 working days and to resolve complaints within 30 days.
• Romanian consumers. You may contact ANPC, the National Authority for Consumer Protection (https://anpc.ro), including its alternative dispute resolution service (SAL).
• Consumers in other EU countries. You may also contact the consumer authority or an approved alternative dispute resolution body in your country of residence.
• Your rights. You may also bring a claim before the competent courts. As a consumer you can always use the courts of your country of residence where the law gives you that right.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence; this choice of law does not take that protection away.

21. Changes to these terms

• Versions. We may update these terms, for example for legal, security, product or pricing reasons. Each version has a version number and date at the top.
• Which version applies. When you start from the PashaPredict pricing page, we record the policy version shown to you and link it to your order, so we know which version applied to your purchase.
• Notice. We tell active subscribers about material changes by e-mail or in the app at least 30 days before they apply to them, unless a change is required sooner by law or for security.
• If you do not agree. You may cancel before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.

22. Other documents and languages

These terms work together with the following documents:

If there is a conflict, the more specific document applies, except that mandatory consumer rights always prevail. The PashaPredict Shop's general terms and Part A of its policies, which are written for physical goods, do not apply to PashaPredict subscriptions. The binding versions are English and Romanian. Versions in other languages are translations for convenience; if they differ, the English and Romanian versions prevail.
