PashaPredict: Cancellation Policy

1. You can cancel at any time

There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancel any of these ways:

In PashaPredict: Account → Manage subscription → cancel. This opens our subscription portal (Seal Subscriptions, on our Shopify store) for your subscription.
From your order e-mail: use the subscription-management link in your Shopify / Seal order e-mails.
By e-mail: write to support@pashapredict.com from the e-mail address you used for the purchase. We cancel on your behalf and confirm by e-mail.

2. What happens after you cancel

Billing stops. No further renewal payments are taken.
Access continues. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You are never cut off early because you cancelled.
Your account page shows "Cancelled — access until [date]" and no longer shows a renewal date.
After that date your access ends. Your account stays on file and can be used again if you subscribe later (see the Privacy Policy for how long data is kept).

3. Timing

Avoiding the next charge. Cancel before the renewal date shown in your account. A cancellation confirmed before a renewal stops that renewal.
Charged after a confirmed cancellation? We refund that charge (Refund Policy, B4).

4. Cancelling is not the same as withdrawing or a refund

Cancelling stops future payments; it does not by itself refund the current period. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
Withdrawing is your separate statutory right as an EU/EEA consumer within 14 days of your first payment. If you want to withdraw, say so clearly in your message; a cancellation alone is not treated as a withdrawal. See Digital Access & Withdrawal.

5. Pausing

If the subscription portal offers a pause, pausing stops payments while paused. Your already-paid access remains until its end date.

6. If we cancel

We may end a subscription under the Terms and Conditions, sections 9 and 14, for example for abuse, or if we discontinue a plan. If we discontinue a plan without any fault on your part, we refund the unused part of the current paid period where the law requires it, or offer an equivalent plan.
